Primo Kamado – I love to cook a fine meal on a BBQ.

As you may have reckoned by now. I love to cook. And especially on a Kamado BBQ.

In 2024 I changed my cool Monolith kamado for an another brand called Primo. I just needed more space for cooking a nice barbecue meal for our four persons family. Most of us like a good piece of grass-fed meat. But there has to be some nice side dishes also. With the oval shape of the new Primo kamado there is no issue for space anymore now. I love it. And as always. I had to get this from the start. Back then I was hesitating. I made some funny YouTube footage of a meal made on the monolith.

And in the meantime I‘m experimenting with making home made BBQ sauces. I’ve tried several recipies and I think I have nailed it with two of them. Chipotle BBQ Sauce and Texas BBQ Sauce. We never had these two before but man the family loves them. I tastes that good. You can use out for all kinds of food. It’s that good. Go watch and see whether you like it too.
